Mid- Life crisis…..we have all heard about it, we try to avoid it, but inevitably we get to a point in time of our lives when we start asking the big questions. Who Am I? Have I ever actually been ME?  Have I ever REALLY lived? Is it too late to change things around? Our amazing guest that is here today will shed some light on those questions and much more.

Can people really change?

That is a question that I believe ranks right up there with some of life’s most interesting questions like, ‘what’s the meaning of life’.

Recently on my Facebook newsfeed, one of my friends posted this question:
“Do people truly change? Say you knew someone years ago who was self-serving, two-faced, user; do you think it's possible for them to REALLY become different people?”

I would like you to take a moment to ponder that question for a couple minutes.

I was surprised at the difference between the comments that were on my friends thread as opposed to when I posed a similar question to my FB friends list.

It definitely shows how the kind of people that you surround yourself with, even on social media, can affect your view on the world.

Leadership. It's a term that we hear often, but do we really know what it means. Do you know what kind of leader you are or would like to be?

Another term I have been hearing a lot lately is Servant Leadership. What is it, how does it differ from the traditional model of leadership? Why should we be taking notice of it? Our amazing guest is here today to answer those questions and show us the art of Servant Leadership.

Have you ever had a job that you absolutely hated? Each morning you almost need a forklift to get you out of bed to get you moving, and on your way to work. While you are there, motivation is non existent and you feel like your very life force is being sucked out of your body.

I believe that most of us have felt that way at one time or another, but the big question is why do people stay in those jobs, while others move on to do things that they are more passionate about. Our amazing guest today is here to shed some light on how work can become meaningful play!

Have you ever started down a path, whether it be a career or a relationship, where you discovered that it wasn’t of your choosing. You realize that you are living your life for someone else, based on their expectations of you and the judgments that you would receive if you didn’t follow it.

Have you ever felt like you weren’t in control of your own life, like you were a spectator instead of a participant and true happiness seemed like something that only happens in fairy tales.
